Candidates must have a law degree from an accredited legal school that has been approved by the Bar Council of India. There is no higher age limit to take the test. A seeker’s age limit, State Bar Council enrollment, and minimal academic qualifications are all part of the AIBE eligibility standards. Candidates who fulfill all AIBE exam eligibility requirements are granted admission by BCI.
